Kanye West Announces ‘New Album Coming This Summer’

Kanye West has been full of surprises lately. The rapper’s latest? An announcement that he’s dropping a new album this summer.It’s only been a few weeks since he dropped his eighth studio album, The Life of Pablo. So, it threw us a little off guard when Ye announced “new album coming this summer” this afternoon at the end of yet another Twitter rant. Earlier this year the Kanye announced the return of GOOD Fridays and so far, he’s made good on that promise with the release of new tracks. He also shared that TLOP track “Waves” is the No. 1 streamed song this week. Its unclear wether or not Kanye was serious or not but it’s certainly something to be on the lookout for.
